jeewin Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any jeewin service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. jeewin reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement is not met. Any winnings obtained by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

1.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the jeewin platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. jeewin may close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings without notice.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

1.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point deemed necessary by our compliance team, you may be required to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending compliance review.

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your jeewin account. jeewin will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jeewin support at [email protected] immediately. jeewin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

2.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your jeewin account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, provided no bonus wagering conditions remain unfulfilled. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

2.3 Suspension and Closure by jeewin

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

3.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) unless the player has selected the USDT wallet option. Currency conversion rates for USDT transactions are applied at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction and are subject to change without notice.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by jeewin are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits, which will be stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time the offer is made. These General Bonus Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. Bets placed using bonus funds on games with low contribution rates may count only partially toward the wagering requirement.

Behaviours that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements; colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms; and withdrawing deposited funds while retaining bonus credits in violation of the promotion's terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, jeewin reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.

4.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available to eligible account holders as determined by jeewin. jeewin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend any promotion at any time and to exclude individual players from specific promotions at its discretion. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value outside of the specified wagering context.

5.4 Disconnections and Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round or live bet, jeewin will use all available records to determine the outcome in good faith. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established due to a technical failure on jeewin's side, the affected bet or round stake will be refunded to the player's account. jeewin is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's internet service or device.

6.1 Player Responsibility

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with jeewin support, the matter may be escalated through jeewin's internal complaints escalation process. jeewin's management decision on escalated complaints will be considered final and binding for the purposes of platform operations. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
